大多數人是囚犯

大多數人是囚犯，因為他們總是想著未來或活在過去，他們的心不在現在，可是現在是一切事情開始的地方。
Most people are prisoners, thinking only about the future or living in the past. They are not in the present, and the present is where everything begins.
